One Roper St. Francis Healthcare nurse recently graduated from a prestigious leadership fellowship program while three are part of this year’s class.

Director of Nursing Excellence Tanya Lott graduated from the Amy V Cockcroft Leadership Fellowship program and the three newest members from RSFH are: Christina Crook, BSN, RN-BC; Shannon Kelly-Hill, MSN, CMSRN; and Ashley Ramsey, MSN, RN, CCRN-K

The Amy V. Cockcroft Leadership Fellowship is hosted through the University of South Carolina’s College of Nursing and is designed to prepare accomplished nurses for innovative healthcare leadership.

“We usually have one or two fellows so to have three is fabulous and shows the RSFH commitment to growing our leaders to meet the innovation demands of the future,” said Rissa Jamarik, vice president and system chief nursing officer.
