RSF Express Cares alter schedule because of winter weather
All six Roper St. Francis Express Cares will close early today and open late Saturday in anticipation of winter weather forecast for the Lowcountry.
Express Cares will close at 6 p.m. today and open at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Our team will assess conditions Saturday and make decisions about Saturday's closure time and Sunday's opening time.
